Our home was opened in 2010 providing a high standard of accommodation in spacious surroundings, creating a tranquil ambience and heartfelt hospitality. Each of our splendid rooms features ensuites equipped to suit your needs, using tasteful linens on cozy Serta pillow top mattresses, ample storage, and providing personal service to each guest.

Driftwood heights enjoys a Canada Select 4 1/2 star rating and being one of the newer B&B's in town is code-rated to the highest standard by the Summerside fire and building codes.

PEI is one of the most scenic locations in the world, with Driftwood Heights conveniently located in the middle of the island. Driftwood Heights B&B is in the heart of Summerside, the second largest city in PEI. Summerside's motto is "the only thing we overlook is the water".

Well situated for short day trips, you can reach any part of the island and be back in the same day. We are located very close to some of PEI's well known locations to visit including Cavendish Beach and the home of Anne of Green Gables. This place is absolutely gorgeous inside. It used to be a photographers studio so it has really really nice structure. Breakfasts were amazing and you don't have to eat at the same time as everyone else in the b&b. And you can sit at your own table. We had room 4 downstairs and found it very private and quiet. Liz, our host, has a collection of books and also DVDs that you can borrow for entertainment during your stay. Beds are comfy and all rooms have an ensuite. We had a hair dryer and a coffee maker in our room too. You can tell the hosts really think about the details to make your stay comfortable and easy.
